Touch of Modern, a men’s e-commerce app with 16 million registered users across the U.S. and Canada, wanted to drive stronger ROAS from its existing audience. To do this, the company partnered with Remerge for app retargeting, aiming to convert different user segments more efficiently and improve retention and performance.
Remerge built a retargeting setup tailored to distinct user groups, including existing installers, previous purchasers, lapsed registered users, and prior installers who had not registered or purchased. The campaign also used customized creative and repurposed acquisition assets with personalized CTAs. As a result, Touch of Modern achieved +400% ROAS on a rolling 30-day basis, with added transparency at the creative and publisher level from Remerge.
