A major financial services company partnered with Relogix to bring data-driven decision making to its workplace strategy after COVID-19 created uncertainty around how space would be used. With multiple UK offices and no objective property data, the team needed a better way to understand occupancy, utilization, and employee behavior so it could plan future workplace design, sharing ratios, neighborhood sizes, and meeting room needs.
Relogix deployed more than 700 desk sensors, plus desk booking integration and dashboards through its analytics and insights platform, Conexus, to track occupancy, utilization, dwell time, and intent versus behavior. The solution gave the team remote live occupancy visibility, granular filtering by department and floor, and actionable insights that showed Wednesday at 11am as the utilization peak at 381 desks, average dwell time of 18 minutes, and about a 5% no-show rate, helping improve space planning and support return-to-office decisions.
