The Vitamin Shoppe is a U.S. omnichannel retailer of nutritional supplements and beauty products, managing over 6,000 SKUs per store, 10,000+ online, and about 4.5 million goods flows. Faced with frequent promotions, continuous assortment changes, varying purchase types (single, bulk, subscription), and legacy planning tools that only supported top-selling SKUs, the central planning team needed better promotional and omnichannel forecasting, inventory optimization, exception-based workflows, and a configurable system they could own without coding.
RELEX delivered an end-to-end supply chain solution in eight months, enabling product- and store/channel-level promotional uplift forecasts, automated replenishment, new-product launch modeling, and virtual ringfencing of DC inventory (including handling split shipments and backorders).
