One Stop is a leading UK convenience retailer with more than 700 stores and 9,000 employees. Facing inconsistent category space and inventory levels across its estate, One Stop needed to optimize macro and micro space at a store-specific level to control stock, improve assortments and free up selling space quickly and accurately.

RELEX deployed its space and assortment solution—using product dimensions, days-of-supply and sales behavior—to generate targeted, store-level space recommendations. After a five-store trial and chain-wide roll-out, One Stop freed 10% of total space (adding four promotional bays per store), reviewed 500+ stores in two days, and achieved faster, more accurate merchandising with reduced waste and shrinkage.
