Musti Group Nordic is the leading pet supplies retailer in the Nordics with 264 stores, more than 800 employees, some 12,000 active products and €179M turnover. Rapid growth, multiple DCs across countries and a fragmented, manually maintained replenishment process left the company struggling to control inventory, cope with frequent structural changes and prevent over-ordering during monthly promotional campaigns.

Musti implemented RELEX, rolling the system out across stores and DCs in an 11‑month programme, centralizing forecasting and automating replenishment under a single super‑user. RELEX delivers bottom‑up DC ordering, campaign forecasting and optimized transport units, which freed buyers from manual order adjustments, improved forecast accuracy, ensured promoted lines remained available through campaigns and streamlined deliveries and inventory control.
