Anora (formerly Altia) is a leading Nordic and Baltic producer, importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages with about 1,100 employees. Faced with fragmented forecasting and procurement processes across multiple countries, the company needed to unify workflows, split retail forecasting and procurement into specialist teams while keeping processes on one system, increase automation and improve forecast accuracy and global visibility.

Anora implemented RELEX across its operations, integrating with SAP and rolling out the solution rapidly across Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Denmark and Latvia. The system uses automated base forecasts with exception-based alerts, flexible user views and near-real-time reporting. Outcomes included significantly lower safety stocks, a 9 percentage-point improvement in forecast accuracy in Finland, marked reductions in out-of-stocks, positive user feedback and plans to extend RELEX to Norway and its Cognac business.
