Coop Estonia Building on Tradition: Estonia's Oldest Retailer Embraces Centralized Supply Chain Management

Coop Estonia, Estonia’s oldest and largest retail co-op with 320 stores across 18 consumer cooperatives, faced inconsistent forecasting and replenishment because each region managed product information and inventory separately. To improve supply chain consistency while still supporting local needs, Coop Estonia selected RELEX Solutions and its centralized supply chain planning platform, starting with store forecasting and replenishment.

RELEX Solutions implemented automated forecasting, replenishment, fresh and DC planning, plus promotion planning and price optimization on a single data foundation. The result was 15,000 working hours saved per month, 95.7% product availability in stores, and a 4% reduction in inventory levels, while also improving DC availability and reducing manual intervention across the network.
