OXXO, a leading small-format food retailer in Mexico, wanted to improve demand forecasting as part of its digital transformation and expansion plans. The company needed a solution that could boost forecast accuracy, support weather-based forecasting, and fit into operations across more than 23,500 stores, so it chose RELEX Solutions and its forecasting platform.

RELEX Solutions implemented AI- and machine learning-driven forecasting for stores, channels, promotions, forecast sharing, and weather factors, starting with a pilot across 13 key categories.
