Developing a SaaS platform that assists UK homebuyers

FirstHomeCoach, a UK-based fintech startup, needed to build a working minimum viable product (MVP) for a home-buying app in just three months to secure further government funding. They partnered with the software vendor Relevant Software to design and develop this innovative platform to guide first-time buyers through the complex property purchasing process.

Relevant Software delivered the MVP on time using a serverless AWS Lambda architecture and a secure, personalized recommendation engine. The solution was profitable from its launch, growing to over 280,000 B2C users and helping plan 25,000 property purchases. The success of this B2C app led to the creation of a parent company, Life Moments, for which Relevant built multiple white-label B2B solutions, accelerating deployment through DevOps automation. Four of these white-label apps are now powering nominees for 'Best First Time Buyer App'.
