Sunset Boulevard, a Danish restaurant group with around 40 locations, struggled with unauthorized communication and analogue operations. With many part-time and casual employees not checking email, managers relied on Facebook groups and paper binders, leaving staff uninformed and disconnected across restaurants.
Relesys provided Sunset Boulevard with MySunset, an all-in-one mobile app for internal communication, training, task management, and operations. The result was stronger engagement and a greater sense of belonging, with about 800 unique employee log-ins on a normal day out of 1,200 users, plus faster updates, better security, and one shared communication channel across the company.
