With more than 5,000 employees, the company needed a better way to deliver consistent communications and training while improving engagement and reducing reliance on in-person sessions.
Relesys implemented its all-in-one communications, training, and operations platform, shifting Specsavers to a mobile-first approach that made learning accessible anytime, anywhere. As a result, training completion rose from single digits to more than 90% each month, while Specsavers also reported higher engagement, more consistent training, and better alignment between communication and day-to-day execution.
