A Relesys Case Study
Netto, the Danish retail chain, was struggling with low employee engagement and distractions from social media, especially among younger, non-desk workers. To address this, Netto used Relesys and its customized employee app to make everyday work information, schedules, and updates easier and more engaging to access.
Relesys implemented a gamified platform with points, badges, training, and social competition to motivate employees to interact with content and each other. The results were strong: engagement increased, customer service improved, 99.8% of stores were reached with the app weekly, and Netto reported annual savings of €8m.
