Gina Tricot, the Swedish fashion retailer, wanted to improve onboarding and training across more than 1900 employees in 160+ stores while dealing with outdated information and inconsistent, paper-based processes. Relesys implemented a digital onboarding and training program through the GinaNow app, including the Smile Academy with structured pre-boarding, onboarding, and ongoing learning content. The result was more accessible, targeted, and engaging training, with a 98% performance rate for training, better access to up-to-date information, increased app activity, and more passionate, committed employees.
