Gemalto, formerly SafeNet, needed a better way to engage and empower its global network of channel partners. As it grew its SafeNet Cipher Partner Program, the company wanted a more consistent partner experience, role-based views, simplified deal registration, and a single platform to manage MDF, onboarding, and channel communications. Gemalto chose Relayware’s partnering automation solution to support the program.

Relayware implemented a scalable partner portal, single partner database, integrated single sign-on, automated onboarding, and deal registration/lead passing through the portal. With Relayware, Gemalto unified its channel program, reduced operational costs, and gave partners faster access to the tools and training they needed.
