GENBAND, a real-time communications software company, needed to modernize its partner portal and strengthen engagement with channel partners as its business shifted from hardware to software. The company also wanted a better way to connect with individual partner contacts and integrate partner operations with Salesforce, leading it to choose RelayWare.

RelayWare built GENBAND’s new Partner Advantage Portal on the Relayware Partner Cloud platform, adding deal registration, co-op fund management, a product store, activity streams, single sign-on, and CRM integration. The result was higher partner engagement and increased sales for GENBAND, with Paula Sullivan noting that RelayWare gave the partner program the boost it needed.
