SPAR, one of the world’s largest retail franchise brands, needed a better way to manage and produce frequent marketing promotions across many store formats. With Relayter, the company aimed to streamline the process of turning large volumes of promotion data into accurate, on-brand flyers, doordrop folders, magazines, and POS materials.
Relayter connected with SPAR’s Microsoft Dynamics ERP to centralize campaign data, digital assets, and approvals in one publishing hub. Using automated templates and proofing workflows, SPAR could generate editable InDesign or Sketch files, combine data-driven and custom content, and collaborate more efficiently across teams; the case study says this made the promotion process much more efficient, though it does not provide specific numeric results.
