Randstad, a multinational recruitment company, wanted to improve the customer experience on its website and help candidates find the right job information faster and more efficiently. To do this, Randstad worked with Relay42 and its chatbot service to centralize customer service touchpoints and better guide visitors through their job search journey.

Relay42 helped Randstad trigger the chatbot to the right audience segments and make the interaction more relevant by embedding a job alert flow directly into the chatbot. The result was a 4x increase in visitors to the vacancy alert page and a 272.75% increase in vacancy alerts, with 12.15% of website visitors interacting with Ella and 44.32% of those clicking the “Create a vacancy alert” CTA.
