Using Relativity, Troutman Pepper applied an analytics index and email threading to group conversations and identify inclusive messages, eliminating 148,329 non‑inclusive or duplicate emails and 85,224 attachments. The reviewable email set fell to 66.4% (a 34% reduction), and the approach saved their client an estimated $233,000 while taking only a few hours to set up.
