Using RelativityOne Collect, PLUSnxt remotely registered and authenticated with the client’s O365 instance, collected six custodian mailboxes (565 GB) in one day, and revoked access within five minutes. Leveraging Relativity’s analytics, deduplication, threading, clustering, and near-duplicate tools, PLUSnxt culled the set from 750,000 documents to 167,000 (a 77% reduction) and completed production on schedule, demonstrating faster, more secure, and more defensible e-discovery with Relativity.
