Miller Thomson LLP, a leading Canadian law firm and Relativity customer since 2020, needed a faster and more efficient way to manage large document reviews. Using RelativityOne’s Review Center, the firm aimed to replace manual review methods and streamline multiple active learning and prioritized review workflows.

Relativity implemented Review Center to consolidate 13 separate reviews into one workstream and support review of more than 400,000 documents. The results were strong: review time dropped by more than 50%, document classification accuracy improved by 33%, and setup and administration became much simpler, helping Miller Thomson deliver faster, higher-quality reviews.
