JND eDiscovery faced a massive review challenge: their client had 3 TB of Microsoft Office 365 email and file‑share data that needed to be defensibly and rapidly culled for responsive material. JND, a Relativity customer, turned to RelativityOne and Early Case Assessment techniques to get ahead of the scale and complexity.

Using RelativityOne, JND built a custom ECA dashboard to analyze key players, communications, clusters, and search‑term trends, processed the data in under seven days, and ran 1,050 search terms plus 7,120 privilege searches in under 12 hours. By combining Assisted Review and targeted search terms and validating results with RelativityOne’s statistical sampling, JND filtered out 95% of the review set and saved their client about $500,000.
