To meet that challenge they relied on Relativity’s analytics capabilities, including Assisted Review, to accelerate review and prioritization.

Relativity’s tools were combined into a custom workflow—email threading, near-duplicate detection, categorization, and propagation—to surface the most relevant documents to two reviewers, enabling Haystack to review 45,000 documents in the available window (completed over one weekend/four days) and deliver the production on time. Relativity’s flexibility directly enabled the fast, measurable outcome.
