Control Risks was engaged by a multinational corporation to investigate an alleged compliance violation in which an employee in a foreign office reportedly accepted free travel and hotel accommodations from vendors. Control Risks forensically collected and imaged the employee’s laptop and phone, uploaded the data into RelativityOne (Relativity), and used Relativity analytics—particularly communication analysis—alongside clustering and email threading to quickly surface relevant communications.
