Cimplifi, a leading legal service provider and Relativity Gold Partner, faced a law firm client challenge to review an additional 14,000 documents in an insurance litigation matter while keeping “eyes-on” review to a minimum. Using Relativity aiR for Review, Cimplifi needed a faster, more efficient way to assess relevance without repeating a large linear review.

Cimplifi implemented Relativity aiR for Review’s generative AI with iterative prompt tuning alongside a subject matter expert attorney, then validated the results with an elusion test. Relativity helped Cimplifi cut review time in half, eliminate 250+ review hours, and achieve zero missed responsive documents in the tested sample, with less than 4% of the full set flagged as borderline responsive.
