Anexsys, a UK e-discovery and managed services provider, needed to review vast volumes of messaging data—Bloomberg chat in this case—where noise and non-conversational system messages made it hard to find relevant content. To solve this, Anexsys built RTK.Message on Relativity and used Relativity’s review tools to ingest, present, and manage message threads for review.

Using RTK.Message with Relativity, Anexsys parsed and staged more than 100,000 Bloomberg chat messages, applied Relativity’s widgets and dashboards to filter and cull system noise, and published a review set of just 12,000 documents—reducing the dataset by roughly 88%—thereby creating a repeatable, efficient workflow and significantly speeding case review. Relativity powered the parsing, staging, and filtering that enabled this measurable impact.
