A&M Brazil Uses RelativityOne to Efficiently Collect & Deliver Data at Lower Costs

A&M Brazil, part of Alvarez & Marsal, needed a faster, more secure way to handle remote data collections for legal and forensic investigations while reducing the time, cost, and resources tied to in-person work. To address the growing volume and complexity of cases, A&M Brazil turned to RelativityOne and its Collect capabilities, alongside a custom ticketing system built in Microsoft SharePoint to streamline client collection requests.

Using Relativity, A&M Brazil enabled secure remote collections, eliminated costly travel and disk expenses, and improved case intake efficiency. In the first 20 months, the team saved 492,070 BRL and 1,650 hours, including 133 hours previously spent in client meetings, while also reducing the burden on client IT and security teams by saving about six hours per gigabyte collected.
