One Automated Campaign Recovered Over 1,300 Patients to Bridge Gaps in Care

Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers, a 20-location women's health practice serving Cincinnati and surrounding areas, faced a drop in annual visits after patients misinterpreted ACOG’s change in Pap smear frequency and began skipping well-woman exams. To address widening care gaps without adding staff burden, they turned to Relatient, building on their existing use of Appointment Reminders and adopting Health Campaigns and On Demand Messaging.

Relatient implemented automated, EHR-triggered Health Campaigns and electronic hereditary cancer screening questionnaires to educate and re-engage patients. The campaign generated 1,370 new appointments and $244,000 in charges over six months (234 patients needed multiple visits and 27 required surgery), and the electronic screening has reached over 10,000 patients in a year—improving postpartum follow-up, HEDIS compliance, and overall care continuity. Relatient’s tools enabled measurable revenue recovery and reduced care gaps.
