Witteveen+Bos is an engineering and consultancy firm specializing in water, infrastructure, environment and building construction that faces the challenge of managing complex, multidisciplinary projects and the many contracts, requirements and data flows they generate. They needed a coherent information environment to support systems engineering, contract drafting and integrated project control across teams and tools.

Since 2011 Witteveen+Bos implemented Relatics as a flexible, organization-wide information hub—initially for Systems Engineering and contract drafting, then expanded to system-oriented contract management and project management, with interfaces to BIM and project dashboards. Broad adoption turned the tool into a central pivot for storing and analyzing project information, enabling process optimization, better collaboration and more effective, integrated project delivery.
