VolkerInfra, an infrastructure division using Relatics since 2009, developed the VISE (VolkerInfra Systems Engineering) template to standardize project information across its teams and operating companies. The company faced increasingly complex tenders with variable information quality and formats, making it hard to extract the core requirements, identify risks and opportunities, and turn that understanding into a competitive, negotiable offer—work that had previously relied heavily on individual notes and craftsmanship.

To address this, VolkerInfra built a set of Relatics modules to support the tender-phase workflows, enabling teams to capture, structure and assess tender information consistently and quickly.
