The application of Relatics in the tender of the Rotterdamsebaan

The Rotterdamsebaan project—the new road linking junction Ypenburg (A4/A13) to The Hague’s center ring—went to tender in 2014–2015. Project leads Joost Joustra and Frank Haring faced the challenge of managing complex technical requirements and formal dialogue with bidders during the procurement phase.

To address this they used Relatics to handle question specification and formal communications throughout the dialogue phase. Relatics supported a more structured, traceable tender process, helping the team prepare, tender and move toward realization with clearer requirements and smoother bidder interaction.
