Relatics helps manage project interface hazards on Sydney Metro

Systems Connect, the Line‑wide Works contractor for the Sydney Metro extension, was responsible for coordinating complex track, power, communications and signalling work across many stakeholders. Managing interface hazards and their mitigations with spreadsheets proved unreliable and hard to keep auditable, consistent and accessible to the many contractors and clients who needed different data subsets.

Systems Connect adopted the Relatics SaaS platform (adding hazard modules in September 2019) to centralize interface and hazard data in a single, customizable environment. The switch delivered synchronized, auditable records, easier analysis and reporting, and self‑service access for stakeholders—resulting in clearer communication, better collaboration and more reliable, timely hazard management.
