Relatics enables efficient and effective realization of the RijnlandRoute

Comol5, an international consortium of Mobilis, Croonwolter&dros, VINCI and DEME, was contracted to design, build and maintain the €500M RijnlandRoute road and tunnel project for the Province of South Holland. The programme involved thousands of contract requirements, voluminous documents and many cross‑organizational interfaces across multidisciplinary teams, creating major challenges for traceability, verification/validation and consistent communication throughout design, construction and the 15‑year maintenance phase.

Relatics supplied a cloud‑based, centralized work environment—built on Mobilis’ “Mobilizer” template and tailored for the project—enabling 130+ users to manage requirements, verifications, tests, risks and deviations with dashboards and clear traceability (handling roughly 3,000 tunnel requirements and some 1,600 safety questions). By replacing spreadsheets and siloed tools, Relatics improved collaboration and stakeholder engagement, reduced failure risk, saved time and costs, and helped keep the project aligned with schedule, quality and budget.
