Infraspeed Maintenance (IMBV) is the asset manager responsible for maintaining the track and overhead wiring of the HSL‑South for 25 years. The organization found its risk management fragmented—teams used separate systems and Excel “RISMAN” sheets for each project—leaving management without a centralized view to effectively control organizational and project risks.

To address this, Infraspeed standardized and centralized risk management by adopting the Relatics tool and designing a risk model guided by ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO 55001, EN 50126 and Systems Engineering principles. Staff completed combined Systems Engineering and Risk Management training to ensure adoption; the result was a unified, auditable risk framework that improved oversight, consistency and compliance across strategic, tactical and operational levels.
