GKB strengthens client confidence with Relatics

GKB Groep, a Dutch civil-engineering and public-space specialist, was hired by the Delfland water board to create an alternative drainage route via the 4 km Pijnackerse Vaart to serve new housing in Pijnacker-Nootdorp. The project involved widening the canal, building bridges, culverts and dams, and managing complex logistics and landowner agreements while working in wet peatlands under an integrated (UAV‑GC) contract.

GKB managed all requirements, designs, meeting records and controls in Relatics, giving field teams tablet access to up-to-date information, enabling electronic checks every 50 m, traceable actions and scheduled online reporting for the client. The result was smoother coordination with stakeholders, fewer errors and delays, transparent verification of decisions and a satisfied client confident in both the outcome and the process.
