Water Authority Vallei en Veluwe used Relatics for Strategic Environmental Management on the HWBP Improvement IJsseldijk Apeldoorns Kanaal project. The challenge was to structure and make discoverable the input from residents, companies, landowners and other stakeholders so decisions about the preferred dike improvement could be traceable and well informed.

They implemented an environment module in Relatics to store all stakeholder information—current contact details, logs, issues and customer requirements—in one place. This central, searchable repository turned overview into actionable insight and enabled strategic, traceable choices when selecting the preferred dike enhancement.
