The outer ring road Parkstad Limburg project (BPL) — a consortium of Boskalis, Rasenberg and Besix commissioned by the Province of Limburg — is delivering 26 km of roadway and 39 civil structures to improve regional accessibility, safety and economic development. Managing a tight schedule, contract terms and budget across many stakeholders generated a large volume of information and required risk‑based, system‑oriented contract management with clear information structure and transparent communication.

The Province and consortium adopted Relatics to provide a single, traceable platform that links requirements, risks and control measures and supports risk‑based oversight. Using Relatics’ audit module and a digital PDCA workflow gives stakeholders an up‑to‑date, visual overview with a single click, streamlining audits, improving controllability and enabling faster, transparent collaboration.
