Boskalis, a maritime services and contracting company, faced the challenge of managing complex, multidisciplinary integrated contracts where timely, consistent information and smooth information exchange are critical. Starting in the tender phase, projects required better project control and a single, unambiguous source of truth for all stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and completion.

To address this, Boskalis implemented Relatics as its systems engineering and project management platform, rolling out a standard Relatics template beginning in 2015 and maturing the model through staged implementation steps. The result was improved information management and project control, more efficient delivery and completion processes, and a clear, consistent working method for employees.
