Mid Sweden University faced the challenge of helping visitors navigate its vast and cluttered website of over 18,000 pages. The university partnered with the vendor Rek.ai to implement an AI-driven solution to improve content discoverability and user experience.

Rek.ai's solution included an AI that recommends relevant articles to continue reading and the implementation of "Popular" quick links to surface in-demand content. The results were significant, with a measurable increase in click-through rates on key pages; for example, the "Tentamen" page saw clicks from 44% of all its visitors, demonstrating a much clearer and more navigable presentation of information.
