A ReInteractive Case Study

Preview of the Sterling Parts Case Study

Sterling Parts needed a robust website and online store which was user friendly.

Sterling Parts, a national automotive parts retailer with more than 30,000 items in inventory, partnered with reInteractive to modernise its online presence and make it easier for customers to search and buy parts on mobile or desktop. The company needed a user-friendly eCommerce experience that could handle complex inventory, delivery, and ERP requirements while serving both retail and trade customers.

reInteractive delivered a new eCommerce platform using Ruby on Rails and Spree Commerce, supported by UX design, full ERP integration, agile development, and AWS-based OpsCare managed hosting. The result was a fresh, scalable, easily extensible site that customers found much more user friendly, with stronger feedback on ease of use and overall presentation, helping Sterling Parts better support online sales and service.
