Helping Australia embrace sustainable packaging with APCO

APCO, a not-for-profit organisation leading packaging sustainability in Australia, faced challenges with its outdated member center. The platform lacked sophistication, integration capabilities, and data integrity, leading to significant manual work for staff and a poor experience for members. They partnered with ReInteractive, who conducted an Application Workshop to scope a new solution.

ReInteractive designed and developed a custom web application using Ruby on Rails, deeply integrated with the Salesforce CRM on the Heroku platform. This new, fully integrated system eliminated data issues, saved staff time, and provided members with a single location for all resources and tools, enabling them to meet their sustainability goals more effectively.
