Housing & Urban Development faced slow, siloed software delivery and needed to modernize development of its mission‑critical FHA Loan Review System (LRS). REI Systems applied Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) automation and Agile practices to address chronic technical problems and accelerate development and deployment.

REI Systems implemented an automated CI/CD pipeline and fostered cross‑team collaboration among Operations, Networking and Security, which streamlined LRS development and produced what HUD’s OCIO/CTO called “the smoothest deployment” of any system in production at HUD. REI Systems’ work reduced deployment friction, improved reliability and sped time to market while creating a cooperative working group that enabled ongoing innovation.
