FREENOW, a mobility super app operating in Poland, faced a new legislative challenge requiring robust identity and document verification for its thousands of partner taxi drivers. The company needed to rapidly establish a secure and reliable verification process to comply with the law. To meet this need, they selected solutions from the vendor Regula.

With the help of a system integrator, FREENOW implemented Regula Document Reader SDK and Regula Face SDK to build a comprehensive verification system. This solution checks ID documents, compares biometrics via facial matching, and facilitates criminal record checks. As a result, Regula enabled FREENOW to successfully verify thousands of drivers and achieve full legislative compliance across its 25 Polish offices within a tight six-month timeframe.
