Regis University, a private Jesuit university in Denver with more than 8,000 students, about 2,000 faculty and 660 staff, faced a ransomware cyberattack at the start of the school year that knocked out its internet, email, telephones and website just as students were returning. To maintain critical communications during the outage, Regis turned to Regroup Mass Notification’s mass notification platform and mobile app.
