Charlotte Country Day School (CCDS), a busy K–12 campus in Charlotte, NC with about 1,700 students and hundreds of staff and faculty, needed a faster, more reliable way to communicate daily updates and emergency alerts. Administrators faced fragmented channels (PA, phones, LED screens, email, LMS) and an older mass-notification service that didn’t support multiple admins or group-based distribution.
