Visnet, a consortium offering online and blended K–12 courses and professional development for independent schools, needed an easy-to-use, budget-friendly system to capture student data, register students for classes, and collect payments. After evaluating options, Visnet chose Regpack to build a course registration system that uses conditional logic to show only relevant class options to each applicant.

Regpack implemented a customized registration and payment platform—including conditional logic, e-Check payment capability, and built-in email/ reporting tools—that streamlined registration, enabled multiple registrations per transaction, and eliminated credit-card fees for schools. The Regpack solution saved staff substantial time through automated tracking and reports, proved affordable and responsive to customization requests, and is being expanded across Visnet’s other programs.
