One Hope Canada is a national children and youth ministry with 38 camp locations and nearly 19,000 campers each summer. They faced a fragmented, paper-based staff and volunteer application process—multiple inconsistent forms across camps, difficulty for applicants to apply to more than one site, and barriers for a largely under-22 applicant pool—so they selected Regpack’s cloud-based registration platform to create a consistent, mobile-friendly application system.

Regpack implemented a single, customizable online portal used by the home office and by about 10 of the 38 camps for camp registration and to manage roughly 3,000 summer staff applications.
