The Northwest Hydroelectric Association (NWHA), a 120-company membership organization representing hydropower interests across the Pacific Northwest, struggled with manual registration and payment processes—members emailed or faxed forms and staff entered payments through the bank’s credit card system—creating heavy administrative burden and limiting time for event planning. In August 2013 they adopted Regpack’s registration and payment solution to streamline those workflows.

Regpack provided automated receipts, email functionality and reporting/export features that eliminated much of the manual data entry; NWHA now generates spreadsheets for name badges and networking lists, has freed up significant admin time to focus on event planning, and reports higher event attendance. NWHA also found Regpack to be cost-effective, flexible, and regularly updated to meet their membership needs.
