Kids’ Rock! is a Christian after-school program in Oregon that began in Beaverton and has grown to operate in four local schools with a goal of reaching ten. Facing an inefficient paper-based signup (a registration form on the back of a flyer) that delayed access to participant data and complicated volunteer screening, Kids’ Rock! turned to Regpack’s after-school program registration software to support planned expansion.

Regpack implemented a customizable online registration and volunteer application system, centralizing contact and medical information, enabling advance signups, and linking flyers directly to online forms. As a result, Regpack helped Kids’ Rock! streamline parent registration, improve volunteer recruitment and management, reduce printing costs, and gain faster access to participant data — supporting rollout across multiple schools and making future growth more scalable.
