Diller Teen Fellows, run by the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, faced a lengthy, paper-heavy teen application process with a small staff and needed a way to collect essays, photos, references and other documentation without overwhelming their team. To solve this, they adopted Regpack’s online registration platform to manage teenage applicants, enable uploads, and let applicants save and return to their forms.

Regpack implemented a cloud-based registration system with upload capability, save-and-resume, automated trigger emails and built-in reporting, backed by hands-on support from account manager Cheryl and technical PM Calvin. The result: all applicant data centralized in one place, 140 participants in the program’s debut year, overwhelmingly positive family feedback, faster report generation for targeted recruitment, and a significant reduction in manual processing — benefits the Diller Teen Fellows program credits directly to Regpack.
