Case Study: FDA reaches teens with anti-vaping messaging using Refuel Agency

A Refuel Agency Case Study

FDA reaches 761 million impressions on teen vaping campaign with Refuel Agency

The FDA sought to expand its "The Real Cost" public health campaign to educate teenagers nationwide about the dangers of e-cigarette use and vaping. To meet this challenge, they partnered with Refuel Agency, which utilized its High School Public Service Announcement Postering Network.

Refuel Agency implemented a guerrilla marketing campaign, leveraging its national network of in-school relationships and insights from its proprietary Gen Z Explorer Series™. The solution involved placing strategically designed, "snacky and irreverent" posters in 10,000 high schools. This campaign for the FDA was highly successful, achieving 761 million total impressions.
